These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bring Built website and your purchase of products from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
Store eligibility and acceptable use
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the services for unlawful activity.
Products and small-batch production
We make reasonable efforts to display products, dimensions, colors, and availability accurately. Screens and material batches can cause minor color differences. Layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and do not by themselves make a product defective.
We may limit quantities, update a design, discontinue a product, or correct an error in a listing. Product images may include props or devices for scale; only items identified in the product description are included.
Prices, payment, and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, discounts, and any applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. A submitted order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or another reasonable operational issue. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another provider displayed at checkout. Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider's terms.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates, and title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Bring Built name, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and website content are owned by Bring Built or used with permission. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit our content or designs without prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The store relies on third-party providers and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Bring Built is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products where such limitations are permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply to future use and purchases.
