Bring Built currently ships to supported United States addresses using USPS. Available delivery and pricing details are shown before you complete checkout.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Because products are made and checked in small batches, a product page or order email may show a longer processing estimate during busy periods. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping price and delivery estimate
Standard U.S. shipping is currently $5.99, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more. Any promotion or different rate shown at checkout takes priority.
Estimated USPS transit is generally 2–5 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues, or carrier disruptions.
Tracking
When a label is created, we send a shipping update to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement after USPS receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit, city, state, and ZIP code before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. Additional postage caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by USPS after acceptance. If tracking has not moved for several business days, shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, email hello@bringbuilt.com with your order number. We will help review the tracking and, when appropriate, open a carrier inquiry or claim.
